About a year earlier, when I was working abroad in my host country in Asia, I was frequenting the local gym/fitness center at least 3 times a week. I was was around 137-138 lbs of lean muscle at the time (at 5’7 ft), but since the pandemic, and since being back here in the States, and with many gyms either closed down or with limited vacancies, I hadn’t been in the gym for months. Only basic workouts at home, and inevitably decrease in lean muscle mass, even with whey and creatine. Now I’m only 125 lbs, but even when I start to gain lean muscle mass again (and hopefully when gyms open in full swing), I’ll still be able to use this compression shirt. So far the material is good quality, adequately elastic for my body size and shape, yet it is not too tight nor flabby and loose. The only minus I would say is that the seller had doesn’t offer a two pack deal that included the ‘light navy blue’ (which is the color I’d purchased). Most two packs are offered in either all black, black and dark blue, or light ash gray. The next color I’ll get is the darker ‘slate’ gray, and although this seller only offers that color by itself, I still think it’s worth the extra 3-4 bucks, and at least I’ll get the color (and size) that I want (provided it is still available). Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase, the product, and would I buy again. Thank you.I love how this shirt fits and I'm extremely glad they have big sizes! Most of my shirts are Large but for a snug fit in workout shirts, I usually get Medium.The material stretches so this shirt hugs your upper body with not a lot of movement which is perfect if you are working out, or doing work around the house and in the yard. Even the length of the shirt is great, there are times with these style shirts if I choose a medium it seems a little short and I might have to pull it down if I'm reaching during my workouts. It does a pretty good job staying in place. Great Shirt Great price.
