Perfect for some weight lossIt is not as wide as shown in the main picture, that makes it look like your whole belly will be covered. The sizing suggested for my size seems a bit close to the actual size as I only have about 4 inches of overlap, making it a little tough to get the Velcro in place, but once it is, it stays in place, no issues with it coming undone. The digital face is a bit difficult to read but I discovered I can turn it upside down so when I bend down to see the face I can read it better.The range of settings is pretty large starting at 1 through 6 modes, then 0-9 intensity levels in each mode. I have been using it for a little over a week now and I am comfortably at a mode 4, level 4. I am actually using it while I type. I have used a similar device in physical therapy so I was already familiar with how it feels. It doesn’t really feel like doing sit ups, or anything like that, but you can definitely feel the vibrations from the electromagnetic pulses.I am not seeing any results yet of course but I didn’t want to wait until the 5 weeks were up that it suggests to use it, before at least leaving a beginning review. I will start it off at a 4 star and will update when I have used it for the recommended amount of time. I was only using it for the 15 minute time that it automatically shuts itself off at, but read the instructions again and realized I should be using it twice a day for 30 minutes total, so I will be following that regime for the remainder of the time.I have used the heat setting and it starts heating almost instantly but it isn’t hot. I imagine this would feel pretty nice worn backwards to relieve sore lower back muscles. I will try to remember that the next time I am experiencing back pain and need my heating pad to relieve it.The belt includes a thin spray bottle to wet the pads before you put the belt on and each time I put it on I think, “Burrr, why don’t I warm that water first?!” But each time I forget and get the shock of cold water on the pads against my stomach. So word to the wise, use warm water. You can just run you fingers under hot water then rub them on the pads, it doesn’t take much to give you enough to make great conductivity.So I will be back in 4 more weeks to update this review with any results.I was incredibly hesitant to try this - but it really works! It takes longer than expected to get the control device charged, but once you turn it on it you can feel your abs muscles contracting! You can feel it working, but it doesn't hurt - almost feels like a rubber band snapping. I've had 3 kids and was looking for something to repair my ab muscles. I'm excited to see my long term results.Wasn't sure what to think of this but I wear it around the house and I've put it on my husband. He also wears it on his back for back pain. He says it works really well. However it barely goes around me.I can feel the tension when using it for sure so I know that it's working. I love the fact that you don't have to replace the jelly patches like usual with other TENS units products. You just wet the pads with a little glass spray bottle that's included and then put it on your skin. There are different modes and programs and levels but I would highly suggest starting at the bottom and work your way up. Fits good and is not too short for bigger waistlines. The jury is still out on the performance and results but I'll update my review once I see how it works.
