Up until recently I had been using Redcon1's Total War, and it was decent. Tried this on a recommendation from a friend, and am extremely happy with it. Taste is great, doesn't leave a powdery mess in the shaker cup, and gives me a great pump at the gym. Definitely plan to try the other flavors, but Sour Apple is great.Great pre workout. I feel energized but never shakey or over stimulated. There’s no crash after use. The portion scooper is a good size. I recommend this product to everyone looking for a pre workout.Misleading label.If you look at this quickly, you’ll see that it has 300mg and 42 servings. I thought that was a decent amount of caffeine for a pre workout powder. Upon closer inspection, there’s a small font saying “per 2-scoop serving” that you can barely see. So it’s basically only 21 servings if you want 300mg per use.Flavor of the green apple is ok, a little on the fake/chemical side.I don’t take a huge amount of preworkout, but even at two scoops this didn’t feel very strong.I would have given it three stars, but the “small font bait and switch” is an old dying marketing ploy, and it doesn’t build customer loyalty or confidence in the brand. Now I just doubt the quality of their product, and question what other corners they might be cutting.Tastes exactly like white freezie!!!! 2 scoops gave me a good bump but i'm still sensitive to the tingly feeling. It's not as intense where i wanna rip my skin off but it definitely still gives you the pins and needles feeling. The energy lasted throughout the day and didn't give me any crashes. I wish it was less expensive but still worth the price.Update: bought the mango one and it was perfect. I like mild flavours so this wasn’t as intense as the other one.It is amazing it works fast but wont crush and leave you feel drained. It make me feel amazing like i want to always feel like that!!!!It dosnt make me feel light headed or have palpitation.I really like it my husband is loving it too. I add fresh lemon juice for better taste tough.Taste is awesome ( white freezie) but for the price i won't order again, i can have the same product for 50% the price.It did the job its like drinking 2 redbulls and i wanted to train like any other pre workout.Dont get me wrong its a good product but it is 25$ to much....Take this before my spinning workouts. Got the White Freezie. Super tasty and gives me energy . No tingling or itchy feeling like other pre-workouts. Great stuff.
