Great flavor, long lasting energyVery goodI have reduced taking Beachbody Energize And replaced it with this Truth preworkout powder. Truth has 1 gram sugar and also has Tyrosine which helps me with my auto immune Hashimotos Thyroid situation. It also has a N acetyl Tyrosine which is an amino acids to help with concentration,attention, motivation and helps improve memory. Take it 60 minutes before a stressful event whether workout or any other stressful life event.I really like the ingredients in Truth like the BCAA(branch chain amino acid) which help muscle recovery ,repair and muscle endurance and and feel great and energized after I take it. I weight lift and do lots of different cardio being a certified Tabata Bootcamp instructor. The orange tangerine tastes so yummy like that Tang drink but without all the bad stuff. It has 150 mg of caffeine from organic coffee beans. It has 100 mg of quercetin which is anti inflammatory antioxidant and reduces inflammation and I won’t go into detail how it helps with controlling blood sugar. I just which It wish was higher like 500 mg that beach body Energize has but you can’t always get what you want..haha.Price is good. I have it auto deliver. I like the blood orange better than the lemon flavor.I got this after previously trying the Vegan BCAAs as a pre-work out. Before that I'd tried a cheaper one with good reviews that was decent but I couldn't stand the aftertaste from all the sucralose.The new pre-workout is pretty similar to the BCAAs I'd gotten before. Mixes easily enough, taste is fine, not much in the way of foam; all good. The taste is actually better than another vegan BCAA mix I'd tried, so an extra point there. There are some extra ingredients in the pre-workout that the BCAA mix doesn't have though, namely electrolytes and caffeine. I haven't noticed any particular difference from the electrolytes yet, but the caffeine is making a difference in that I have a tougher time falling asleep if I take this prior to an evening workout.Overall, if you like the BCAAs from Truth you'll probably like this, especially if you like the extra jolt from the caffeine. I'll probably go back to the uncaffeinated version when this runs out though.Ok so it doesn’t taste great. Maybe it just takes some getting used to (there’s a medicinal bitterness to it) but I’m ok with that. Because it WORKS. I felt like I could’ve eaten, punched and/or lifted a horse—and that was after my workout.* Moving into a short rest/high volume training cycle after chasing 1RMs like a slasher flick villain for months, and I was able to power through one of the most intense and rewarding workouts I’ve had in some time. No crash whatsoever, just slowly leveled back out and feel like I’m going to get a good night’s sleep. (Took it around 6 hours ago.)If you’re at all sensitive to stimulants, I’d recommend trying a half dose or at least sipping it over 30-60 minutes. I might’ve written a very different review if I’d downed it all at once.* No horses were harmed as a result of using this product.2nd purchase Different flavor. You won’t get crazy rushes off insanity like you do from other preworkouts but that’s exactly what I was going for.I’m sick and tired and my body is too of many various crazy preworkouts. This truth stuff gives you just enough boost and it’s very clean feeling.If you want clean and healthy take truth. If needed take more than 1 scoop or buy a caffeine powder by itself and add a little. I think I’m tired of beta ale nine and I don’t believe that is in this pre.Try it out!Before I bought it, the overwhelming negative review element was taste. Well, it tastes awful but I don't take it as a refreshing drink. I do mix it with a beet drink that has a bad taste in the other direction - too sweet with stevia. The combination seems just fine with a workout boost that lasts long enough without any jitters.I bought this pre workout because of its ingredient list. I make an effort to avoid artificial colors and other junk when I can, and this product seemed to be a good choice in this regard. But it is just horrendous. The fruit punch flavor itself isn't bad, but has a miserable aftertaste of chemically medicine. No thanks!
