Excellent quality and I love the elastic resistance bandOverall, not too bad. It's built decent with the acceptation of the mat it comes with being hardly big enough for a one-legged toddler.I've been rolling this thing all over my stomach for close to a year now, and haven't seen much in the way of results. My workout consists of 3 sets of 40 on each exercise.3x40: From sternum to belly button3x40: Armpit to hip (I press especially hard when I hit the love handle area)3x40: Hip to Hip3x40: six pack sides (up and down)Overall, it feels good. Kind of like a massage, but not as good as a massage gun. I haven't seen the six pack yet, but we all know that takes time.I would buy this again, but there may be something better out there. There may also be something that is not better out there.I purchased this device because I was using an older roller (30 years old) that was very thin, had a skinny handle that hurt my wrist sometimes, as well as made my motion a little unstable and it pressed hard into the carpeting with a narrow wheel. Out of the box, this new yellow roller seems to be well made and fit together snugly with good wheel motion. Once I tried it out, I was pleased by two aspects; the wide grip on the handles was much more comfortable on my wrist, and the wider wheel kept me more stable during the core exercising. My carpeting will take less abuse as well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the size of the floor mat that comes with the roller; I'm 6' 1" and have large/wide legs so my knees barely fit on the pad. Overall this is an excellent device and I highly recommend it.This ab roller is super easy to assemble and very sturdy. I use it for core straightening and it works well.This is good for someone who needs a small ab wheel and is okay with one that is a bit less stable. I keep mine in my backpack. The product is good quality for the price. It is just that any ab wheel with these dimensions will be a bit harder to control/stabalize yourself.Soon I will have a lot of muscle. I'm so sure you can help me. I don't have time to go to the gym.I'm happy to do it at home
