This is the best bench you can get at this price range. It is solid and stable. Use a socket wrench to get a good tight feel on all the bolts.I have thoroughly used this thing for well over a year now. I’m not a big guy so I feel pretty solid on the thing. It’s a multi use bench so I’m going to gripe to hard about the awkward space in the middle between the incline seat and the bench. I have had some of my bigger friends who can lift 3+ plates and it’s just not built for that. My friend got 315 up, started his rep and the thing started tilting back, we had spotter arms on. We reset, shoved the bench further into the bar for more support and it worked. Like I said, I have no problem with it. Great bench for a garage gym. I look for functionality for the best buck. I would recommend this for 9/10 people.I'm not easy to impress when it comes to quality, well-designed and sturdy. This bench has it all. Rock solid. Easy to assemble. Quality parts throughout. Love the wheels to roll around the room.I liked that I could get it in the color I wanted and have used it several times and it is very sturdy. Just as good as the gyms that I paid for in the past.It definitely works, but it's not great for bench pressing, especially for a powerlifter like myself. The area around the head is too narrow, so it's harder than it should be to create and keep back tension throughout the lift. It's relatively stable, but not completely. Works fine for casual lifters though.It’s a solid bench and works well. Easy to adjust and is stable. The red piping on the bench is not great. Already coming off after a few uses. I’m sure there is a better way to finish off the look. Overall pretty good.So for the price, it’s a sturdy bench. No doubt that it’ll hold whatever I bench at this time. It is not a commercial gym bench but, it doesn’t carry the price tag of one either. I ordered a commercial bench that is still on delay and needed one after being notified of yet more delays. Was worried that it wouldn’t be safe and stable for real lifting. I was wrong. I can lift and the only concern I have is whether or not I put too much on my barbell for me to be able to push. I’m not Olympic strong but, I do really push good weight. I’m serious about my fitness in a profession when fitness is a must. It’s comfortable and easy to move around. The seat cover I have doubts on as far as real longevity is concerned. Time will tell. It just doesn’t have that high quality last forever feel. I’ll update if it starts wearing quicker than it should. If there is no update it either lasted as long as a typical cover or, it’s still going strong. Can’t be negative if it holds up to normal wear and tear.wood splinters under the under the stitching DERACY had to use tweezers to get them all out. some threads where also broken. poor quality.
